At Parker on the Porch, we want your home to feel perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
